Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed with a 200 € deposit per booking. It's 100% refundable if you cancel more than a week before your stay begins; within the last week, or in case of a no-show, the deposit is kept as compensation for the blocked booking.
The same 200 € deposit also acts as the tackle deposit during your stay, and is fully refunded at the end if the equipment is returned in good condition.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival day, by bank transfer or in cash.
Weather Conditions
Orellana Experience isn't responsible for weather conditions during your stay. In case of extreme storms, we'll actively look for an alternative accommodation solution and, if needed, rearrange your stay.
About the Packages
Essential (300 €/person/week) covers the core logistics. Concierge (500 €) adds a welcome delivery, a gastronomy box 3x/week, and 1 apartment night. Gold (730 €) adds a second apartment night, a private paella experience, and priority attention.

Logistics & Licence
Yes, it's mandatory in Spain. We help you with the paperwork via the ARADO platform.
The nearest airports are Madrid (~3.5h), Seville (~2.5h), and Badajoz (~1.5h). We don't provide transfers, but we'll help you plan the best route.
During your apartment nights, you can leave your car in the apartment's parking. During your fishing stay, your car and belongings are kept in a safe, private location by the lake — included in every package for the whole stay.

Tackle & Fishing
The essentials for a comfortable week's fishing — power station, cool box, bivvy, bite alarms, and an unhooking mat, among other gear. Our equipment range keeps growing, so just ask us for the latest list.
Usually a maximum of once a day, ordered before 8pm the day before (30 €/delivery at cost price + the shopping cost at receipt price). If you genuinely need more, we can make the odd exception — just let us know.
Gastronomy
Jamón ibérico, local cheese, and wine are the base, but the box can include other premium Ibérico products depending on availability. It's delivered 3 times a week (Concierge and Gold), and you can add an extra shopping order to that same delivery at no extra trip cost — you only pay the shopping cost at receipt price.
